Wash and Care

We recommend hand-washing all your bras and underwear.

  1. Dab any stains with mild soap and water and gently rub.
  2. Soak for a few minutes, then gently work the suds into the fabric and rinse.
  3. Fold and gently press the bra into a towel before laying it out to dry.

If you decide to machine wash, use a gentle and cold cycle. Hook the bra together to avoid snagging and use a mesh lingerie bag. We do not recommend placing your bras and underwear in the dryer.

Payment

Any pre-paid gift card with a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover logo/insignia on it will be processed like an actual credit/debit card and only one credit card can be used per order. If a single pre-gift card does not cover the total of your order, we suggest using the balance on the pre-paid gift card to purchase. Please also note that in order to use the pre-paid gift card, it will need to be registered or activated by following the instructions on the pre-paid gift card itself or on the card’s packaging. Also, some cards may not be eligible for online purchases. Please refer to the company that issued the card for more details.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world*
*with some exceptions.

We want you to be 100% happy with your order and give you 45 days (14 days for Sale items) to return goods to us if you wish to receive a refund, exchange or credit note. Returned products must be in their original condition unused and unwashed, with labels attached and all packaging present and undamaged. Due to the delicate nature of the Items and Hygiene concern, a 9$ restocking fee will be applied on your refund. For More detail see the Return Policy Here.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your refund.
A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please be patient. It may take time before your bank posts your refund.

PLACING AN ORDER

If the item is part of our basic collection, we will most likely be restocking it. Unfortunately, if the item is a seasonal product, or it has been discontinued by the manufacturer, we may not be able to receive it again. If you are unsure if a specific item is able to be reordered, you may contact us at service@4herworld.com, and we will look into this for you.

Not necessarily. We list all sizes that we stock in a particular product. Sizes that have strikethrough are sizes that are currently not in-stock. Some of our basic styles re-stock, while seasonal styles won’t. If your size does not appear selection for a particular product, there is a chance that is not made in that size. Contact us at service@4herworld.com if you’d like us to look into sizing availability.

DELIVERY

If the billing information you provided does not match what your bank has on file (including the address and telephone number), your order may be delayed.

We all love sending gifts to others and ourselves as much as we love receiving them. However, if you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, your order may be delayed.

You will receive your tracking information within 3-5 working days. But sometimes tracking might not be available if free shipping applies. In this case, please contact us at service@4everher.com

Orders are shipped by EMS or USPS. Typically, delivery takes 5-20 working days after dispatch, but it may take longer due to factors beyond our control.

We kindly ask that you inspect your package as soon as it is delivered. If there are any faults or missing items, you must inform us by email using the contact details on our website. If you do not let us know by email within 12 hours of delivery, we reserve the right not to refund or replace your purchase.

You can keep an eye on your delivery by tracking your order in your order history. If your timeslot has come and gone, you can contact us at Service Departement.
